New Construction

NewConstruction

The process of painting a newly constructed residence or home can be tricky, which is why we are here to help. In a newly constructed home, the walls are the only thing that have been installed and sanded allowing us to be able to paint without any damage to flooring and additional appliances. From here, primer is applied to the walls to give it a flat even color. If the ceiling is being textured or painted, this is the time to do so. If not, then once the primer has dried and the walls have been checked for imperfections, a color can be sprayed and back rolled on the walls. At least one more layer of paint is needed to ensure the color is correct and there are no visual impurities in the walls.

Painting in a new construction makes working around countertops, cabinetry, appliances, and other built ins easier as there is no fuss in having to work around them. Once the paint has dried and the rest of the home has been installed, we do a quality check to make sure nothing was missed or damaged during the rest of the process. The quality of our work is important to us. We want to make sure the newly constructed home is move in ready and the home has been painted flawlessly.
